I got a 2 Seagate ST1 drives (5GB) with firmware 3.04 and it will not work in my computer's integrated card reader or through my Epson Stylus CX7800's reader. Does anyone know how to hack the firmware or the device in a way so that I can get it to work or turn it into a CF device?

Another option is a tested reader that is compatible.
