    Logitech Multimedia/Video Games Console 5.1 Adapter on eBay, also, Other, Computers Networking (end time 21-Nov-08 05:53:13 GMT)

    you will also need a jack to rca to go into that box

    thanks boss- i actually managed to get the adaptor but after installing to my laptop it only plays in two speakers and woofer and rest 3 speakers are not producing sound-any ideas on how to settle this.

    are there any switches on the back of the unit? my altec lansing i had (dont use em anymore tho) had a switch on the back to choose 5.1 or stereo

    no boss there are no switches on the back- i installed the software and i did convert the settings to 5.1 but still only 2 speakers pik up the sound.i have tried reinstalling and rewiring-nothing works-help me
