Hello lovely DAL folk :-)

Forgive me if this issue has already been covered, I tried searching for a similar thread but no luck.

My laptop is becoming very slow and takes an age to boot up, then it's very sluggish doing simple tasks like opening up folders etc.

I have good virus/spyware software installed and have done scans with AVG, Spybot, Adadware, and drWeb but they all came out as ok.

Any ideas???
