    Question PC wil not boot

Hoping someone can help, I left my PC running whilst I was at work this afternoon, I tried to get back on to what I was working on but nothing on the screen, I completed an auto check on the Samsung SinkMaster 22sw it is not receiving a digital signal, all the fans are working and the light is working on the cable Internet connection, but when trying to boot the lights on the CD and DVD do not flash on.
I have reseated the RAM sticks and the Video card but still nothing, I have checked all the other cable connections still no joy, could the problem be the motherboard? Or any suggestions would be welcome.

PS using the wifes PC to write this!!!!!!

    Did the computer shut down?

    Was it in hibernation?

Try starting it once without RAM. It should BEEP at you quite a bit.

Are you familiar with clearing the CMOS?

Is this the motherboard: Gigabyte DA-965P-DS3

I have taken the RAM out, has not beeped and yes it is a DA-965P-DS3, but it is not going into BIOS it is complerly dead, although the fans are running, I thought it could be the C drive or a problem with the Motherboard

By the way is it advisable to update the Mother Board drivers as I think it is rev 1.0.

I would only update the motherboard drivers if there is something in the changelog that benefits you. The old saying "if it ain't broke, dont fix it" is true in my opinion for something major like a bios update. Although current technology such as flashing in windows from an .exe is nice, there is always some risk involved.
