Hi I have a question about a cd drive that has appeared in my computer, i think it could have appeared after installing roxio 10?. but im not sure. I just dont understand why it is there and where it came from.
I right click on it to property it and it says drive J used space and free space both 0 bytes,
hardware says device working properly,
Location 0 channel 0 target 0 lun 0

Right click it in the Device Manager and Uninstall it.

Reboot and see if it comes back.

If it is not a problem it just might be a Roxio freak.

Generally such additions indicate "card readers" rather than CD/DVD drives.

ok, i just thought it might be taking up space on the computer.
Its not really a problem i suppose i just didnt understand why it was there,
I will just leave it then,
