My new Sony Vaio VGNFZ240E laptop power cord is short. As you may know, they come in two parts. The part that plugs into the computer and the cord that plugs into the electric source. The side that plugs into the wall is very short, unlike other laptops I've used.

Is it possible to buy (at a Radio Shack store???) just the half of the cord that plugs into the wall. The one I have is about 18" and I would like to get one at least four feet.

Just don't know where to look, or what to call it.
