    Welcome to D-A-L.

    Your post is a little confusing, so lets break it down into sections/steps;

    When i turn my computer on (on the black screen) its comes up no drivers found.
    I assume that this is after the POST (Power On Self Test), and during the O/S load?

    Its fine turning on then a window pops up saying new hardware found pci device please install...
    It will keep doing this on boot up until the hardware is either removed/disabled, or drivers for the hardware are installed.

    I've tried installing it automatically like it says but it doesn't work
    If it's identified as simply "PCI Device", it means Windows doesn't know what it is, only that's it's a peripheral hardware device. These type occurances are usually associated with modems, network cards (NIC), etc, whether onboard or in a system (PCI) slot on the motherboard.

    I have no new hardware and i can't go on the internet until the thing pops up and i just cancel it.
    This signifies it's not a NIC device. Do you know if you have a FAX/Data/Voice modem on this machine?

    The above being said and asked, is this machine a proprietary machine? (ie; Brand Name - Gateway, Dell, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Lenovo, Compaq, etc.) If it is, please post the make and exact model number.

    In the meantime, you can try this Unknown Device Identifier (Ver. 1.2);

    It may assist. Post back with your answers, results, and any further questions.
