okay changing of the thermal compound fixed the prob ...thank jephree!!!!

hey there i am having problem again..i changed the thermal compound and just today on 25 april 8.30pm GMT +8..i try to put bak one of the ram i remove last time and the system unit went bak to the same problem again..now the temp is like 90 degree!!!!

Are you sure that the RAM is compatible with the motherboard as well as the other RAM?

Are they identical sticks? Are they in Dual Channel slots?

Try running MemTest.

nope they are not identical stick.after i remove that ram everything goes well again.

I would suggest using only identically paired RAM.
