( and there are no defects in my hardware. I been going back and forth testing it on other computers, and they work fine there. Just all of them together, are messing up... )

but, i got the system more stable and just finished windows xp pro install.

I had to set the bios settings to this:

MEM (DDR), Mhz: 846

Vcore Voltage: 1.69v
Memory Voltage: 2.0v
CPU PLL Voltage: 1.7v
CPUVTT Voltage: 1.5v
NB Core Voltage: 1.5v
SB Core Voltage: 1.5v
1.2HT Voltage: 1.4v

CPUGTLref Voltage +40mv
