I can barely remember this, but my final standpoint, was that it was a motherboard issue. I remember I tried pretty much everything. I ordered two parts, and tried everything in Windows to get them rolling, and could not do it. Even installed Windows 2000, and tried them with the driver for that OS and it still didn't work. Pissed me off, I know that, haha. Good luck though, I'm not the greatest, so you might be able to fix it somehow.
