I have a Dell Inspiron 531 running Vista Home Premium, with Dell's Premium Tilt Wheel mouse. Does the scroll wheel act as a third button when pressed straight down as well as it's tilt left or right function? If so, how do I enable this function?

From what I see that mouse is sold to Dell via Logitech.

There should be a program installed where all your settings can be customized.

Stand alone Logitech uses Set Point software. Do you have a program call Set Point?
