Hi,

I need to know what W my PSU is, how do you find out apart from taking off the case and looking at the little number on the PSU. Sure i could do this, but i seem not to have any screwdrivers to undo the case screws and the item i want ends in 1hour and 20 minutes!

Unfortunately that is the only way.

Unless it is a manufactured system then the manufacturers web site might have the detailed specs.

Ummm do note that it is a user responsibility to clean the interior of the case of all the heat trapping dust and dirt that is sucked in by the cooling fans! If you have not opened the case to clean it out in a long time, you may soon be shopping for more than just a PSU! I open my cases and visually inspect for dust and turning fans every month, and clean when necessary.
