    Question Space Problem

    Hi,

I have two drives [C and D] where my C drive only has 30GB which is now becoming quite full and my D drive has 103GB left to be used. I was wondering how do you make some of the D drive space go to the C drive?
    Im using Windows XP

    Many Thanks

    try and open both seperately

e.g open my computer twice access C then D

if this works then drag stuff that is taking up too much memory in C
    and put it in D

Hope that works if not i hav no idea

In my D drive there is only documents and setting which im let to believe are shortcuts and other useless documents.
Would it be an idea to delete the partition between the drives?

Without reinstalling the operating system or using third party software you can do nothing to the system partition (C).

If C is on a single hard drive 30GB then that is a limit. You cannot span hard drives with a partition. You could reinstall Windows to the larger drive if you wish to start all over.

You can move files and folders from C to D. You can also move the Page File.
