Sli Ready Mobo and 2x geforce 8500gt super sli cards?!?!?
I have an asus M2N-E SLI mobo, with 2g ddr2 and AMD ATHLON X2 6000+ CPU, the problem that i have is that the board is sli ready and i have two Nvidia geforce 8500GT super g-gards that are also sli ready, there is no connector on the cards for the bridge connector to enable sli mode,
I am running vista ultimate x64
I Have installed the card drivers and its notified me that the cards were sli capable so i enabled it in the Nvidia control panel and restarted the pc,
Sure enough i was told that sli was enabled so its all good yes??
Well no, the problem is that how do i know if the cards are actually running in sli or not ,as i have a bridge connector that came with the mobo, but nothing to connect it to on either card, and they are all Sli ready!
Please put my mind to rest
Thanks

Here is a Google.

Apparently you are in SLi. If the NVIDIA control panel confirms this then you are good.
Both cards should also be in your Device Manager.
Apparently some models simply do not use the bridge.
Do not be deceived by some third party scans such as Steam's. It is a known Steam bug that their system scanner cannot detect SLi even though it does use it.
