    hi is this compatable with my pc:

    My computer Documentation says:

    I don't see why not.

    You might need to update the BIOS.

    What do you have in there now for a CPU?

    A CPU upgrade is not always a noticeable factor if you are just looking for a faster machine.

    How much RAM do you have? How fast are your hard drives?

    Many things to consider here.

    BIOS Already updated to latest version (Checked today)
    7200RPM ATA HARD DRIVE
    2.5GB RAM
    CPU Intell pentium D 820 2.8ghz

    Well it should work.

    However I'd be very surprised if you'd noticed any difference.

    The Intel Pentium D 820 2.8ghz that I see are dual core CPU's.

    If that is the case then you'd be downgrading.
