Hello I wondered if anyone could offer me some advice.

I have had to reinstall Windows after a new motherboard was fitted. Everything seems to work fine but the sound is not working. I have run a hardware scan and it seems to have just dissapeared. Could anyone offer any advice as to what might have happened?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're using an onboard sound device, ensure it's enabled in the bios. Your motherboard "should" have come with a drivers CD, and the drivers for it should be there.
