Does anyone know why this happens after a hibernate? Every time I hibernate my computer when I turn it back on everything always looks pixelated like this. I hope that someone can help me. It does it to all of my icons as well but when I mouse over them it returns to normal; however it only does it for icons nothing else like in the pic.
