Can some one help me please, i was using the usb port with no problems and now it says usb device not recognized one of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned. Has anyone any ideas what has happened please. Thanks

Have you unplugged then replugged the device?

If so do you get any audio signal that you are doing so?

You know the little ding dong sound?

yes tried that, and no i dont get any sound just the pop up box with that written in it.
