I seem to have a similar problem. No video to my monitor, have trade out the video card, PCI & AGP but no change. HDD spins up and the CD drives lights flash... but no video.

What is left but the motherboard? It is an ASUS P4S8X-X.

Do a test build:

Take everything out, leave graphics card or onboard graphics is best if available, don't put any RAM in, connect no HDDs, leave CPU and HSF in, connect monitor and see if it powers on with a signal and if it gives out beeps (for missing RAM/HDD).

That'll prove that the board is not dead. After that, add HDD but leave out RAM. Power on and see what you get. Should be a siren (for no RAM).

What are your system specs? List the CPU, motherboard, RAM, power supply and graphics card please.

Disconnected everything(what is HSF?), no video and no beeps.

2x 500mb DDR RAM
Windows XP
Intel P4 CPU
350w Q-Mac Pwr Sply

Heat Sink Fan.

Just to verify: with no RAM installed you get no BEEPS?
