I had purchased a Radeon 9550 series ATI video/graphics card a while back and am now having problems with it. When i attempt to play many of my PC games, the monitor would every now and then freeze up (go black) and give me an Out Of Range error. I did some research and came to the conclusion that the problem was with my monitor. However, I recently purchased a high quality 22" Samsung flat panel LCD monitor and the Out of Range issue persists. I have tried setting the refresh rate and resolution to recommended settings, but nothing seems to work. My screen still goes black without warning in the middle of gameplay. So far i reinstalled drivers from my monitors manual disk AND my graphics card manual disk. Nothing. I am so far stumped on this issue and would GREATLY appreciate the help if possible. Thank you very much for your time. I look forward to hearing from you guys.

P.S. Sometmes, when the screen goes black and i have to reboot, I get a NO KEYBOARD ERROR during startup. And when Windows loads up, i an use my mouse and everything runs fine until i press a key on the keyboard. Then everything freezes up and i have to restart again. This happens about twice before the keyboard issues stops....until another Out of Range.
