I am having problems with my Epson 4000 which I am using for dye sublimation. It uses the Power Driver IQ software to make it work with sublimation inks. I have had problems with it turning off the spooler and telling me that I need to install a printer when it's already been done.

Now, my Photoshop program has started coming up with the HPHmon05 error message.

My program locks up and it's just giving me fits. I've got work to do!!!

Can someone help me? I'm new at this forum and so please bear with me.
