Really confusing problem with my dad's pc

Before I start, i'll just say hello to everyone. Hello

Ok, so my dad's computer is a Fujitsu Seimens Scaleo 600, and is about 3 years old. About a month ago, it started cutting out for now apparent reason, not a normal shutdown, just the power would die.

So far, we have tried replacing the PSU, the harddrive and the graphics card.

We have also tried re-installing windows on to both drives, and it will cut out during the windows install.

We have also checked to make sure the CPU fan is running, as I had the problem a while ago with my computer, and this looked similar to what was happening to mine.

We have no idea what it could be, and any help is appriciated.

    Thank you for your time

well if you've tested those 3 I would suggest the last possible things that it could be is your motherboard!!

Make sure all your cables are working and fitted in correctly. Also make sure your power cable isn't fautly, just recently I had to replace one of mine dont no what happened to it like.

If everything is connected and working correctly and your machine is NOT full of dirt and dust then I'd say it was the motherboard (thats if you are possitive you've tested the rest of the hardware and they were all fine)

Its not that hard or expensive to find a replacment motherboard these days so many out there

I would also add it's worth checking the RAM, if that's playing up it will cause problems.
