Hi - I just got a new monitor, it is an LCD 19 in Envision -
It flickers and drives me nuts.
I have set the refresh at recommend 60 hz, tweaked all settings, it still does this. Especially when Information is coming through.
Do I need to return it? It is rarely steady. Any suggestions appreciated.
