In preperation of buying a new laptop- can anyone advise how to set it u p so i can share a printer via a wireless network?

(bearing in mind you have got a wireless router) if you go on to the computer which has the printer plugged in you first need to cheak if all of the computers are on the same workgroup the once you have done that go on to controll panel and then network and internet and then set up file sharing once you have done this to both pc's hopefully if it is done correctly go to start, run then type \\"computernamegoeshere" then hit enter it it works it should come up with every thing that is shared by that computer including printers which you have set to share then when you go into something such as word or excell when you go to print choose from the list the printer what you want e.g.(\\fred-pc\hp-series189e) hopefully this will work as it did for me and other people i have done it for.
