My F9 and F10 keys are not working however when I bring up the on-board keyboard they do work and guesses on how to fix this problem I hope this is the right section thanks in advance for your help this is really annoying.

thanks for your reply i was thinking about that but its a laptop sorry for not mentioning that previously but i dont really want to have to cart around an external board do you have anyother thoughts though

has anything been spilt on the keyboard?

the keys may be sticking does the other function of the key work OK?
