Monitor just blank New everything
I had a computer that had the svideo out and I was running it to tvs but the cord must of got shorted out somehow and it caused my motherboard to catch on fire and burn up I figured it was toast so I bought new stuff.
I just got it all together and installed everything correctly as far I'm concerned and I turn it on and the monitor just blinks blank no signal or nothing.
So I thought it was the hard drives I took them all out and tried each one individually no avail. Then I had a spare one for 98 I think it was and it nothing showed up on the monitor so then I unplugged the monitor extension cable thinking it could be that, nope still didn't work. So then I tried the monitor on my laptop and it worked fine
I just bought this PSU like a month ago it's a 500watt the cpu spins up and all the hds do too along with the cdrom I don't think that it's the PSU
.
I'm at the end I'm not sure what else to do it to it I tried different graphics cards and the onboard card and still nothing.
Also when I start up the computer there's no beeps at all
There should be beeps what should I do.

If the BIOS is not kicking on the monitor the hard drives are not even in the equation at this point.
Did you replace everything? New motherboard? New RAM? New CPU?
Are you sure all your components are compatible with the motherboard?
Try booting without RAM and see if it beeps. Assuming the motherboard has a speaker or else you've hooked up your case speaker.

Ok I did what you said and even with the ram out no beeps but I don't think I have the connectors hooked up right because the led hd light isn't on and the primary power led light isn't on and the reset sw doesn't work.
I have and ASUS m2a-vm.
The power supply seems to working fine but I'm not for sure.
Also when you push in the power button for 5 seconds it doesn't shut off you have to flip the PSU switch to get it to turn off.

Is the motherboard LED on?
It is down on the lower right corner above the Panel Header:

how could I test the power supply I don't have another power supply to use.
the Power supply comes on and I can see the fan spinning on the PSU doesn't that mean it's working?

Is this a new PSU or was it working during the burnout? You can get a PSU tester. The PSU has very complex workings. The fact that it comes on and starts the fan is no indication that it is giving the motherboard what it needs.
Do you have your panel header set up as follows:

If so and you hear no beeps without RAM there is something wrong with some hardware. PSU or CPU or Motherboard.
Also is your monitor plugged into the motherboard or PCI_E? If the board are you using VGA or DVI?

which way is + and which way is - I'm using the onboard card first just so I can get it to recognize it and then I'm gonna change to the pcie.
It must be the PSU then. It was the same one I had during the burnout but I didn't think anything of it because the board itself was fried I just thought it couldn't be turned on and left it at that.
I've got a new case on the way but now I need a new PSU jeez.

The LED's are labeled + & - as seen above: + is left of - in the picture I posted.
On the others it is PWR & Ground etc.
I would certainly question the PSU having gone through a burnout.

well I guess I'll just have to get a new one now I've got to wait a few more days.
fantastic.
I also need to get a new svideo to rca cord since it's the root of the all the problems.
