Computer Booting Problem

Computer Booting Problem
Well lets start out with the intro. My computer is now about 3 months old and this is the second time I've been having booting problems with it. The first time was an easy problem, i blew the power supply, but now after receiving the power supply and only having it for about 2 weeks, it's deciding not to turn on again. This problem actually occurred after i unplugged everything, put in a wireless card, plugged everything back in, and then it just wouldn't turn on, so i took the card out to see if that was the problem and it wasn't. Maybe I blew something again in it? I put a 680w PSU, while using a GForce 8800 GTS graphics card and the Fatal1ty motherboard. Maybe i over did the power supply this time or undercut again? The odd thing is now, whenever i try to power it on all my lights flash (including the PSU ones), and all my fans start spinning for a few second and then everything stops again. I appreciate any help i can get on my power, if you need to know anything else about my problem, let me know.
Thanks.

680 watts should be fine.
Have you verified all connections? (To the motherboard and all powered devices.)
Are all add-in device cards fully seated in their respective slots?
You didn't flex the motherboard too much and crack tracks pushing on the main connector did you?
Go through the steps outlined here for boot/POSTtroubleshooting;

Thanks for the help in discovering the problem I had. Unfortunately the problem was that my hard drive decided to stop working/I may have blown a fuse in it. Although this problem was found it was a horrible problem to find all in all. But thanks again for all the help.
