hi I just got new computor trying to plug in my
Sarotech external hard drive.
only comes up as mass media.
any ideas.
Sarotechs web site toally unsupportive.

does it have the files etc you've got on the hard drive?

does it show the correct size? (eg hard drive size)

it does not say the sizewhen it reads it.
which is 120 gig
it has mostly photographs stored on it.
which I thought to be portable.between computors.
would like to get the photos back though.

the devices lists.
how do I open it for use.

in my computer does it show as a removable drive, can you right click and explore?
