I think u r right. I have given up on the damn thing. I tried so hard it wont work. U know even if I alter the same rams it want start and give the beep but if I keep them together it boots with 256. Thanks anyway for ur help.

No problem. I cannot think of another alternative save trying all new RAM or an new board. You can try this RAM on another computer just to test the RAM itself. Or try other RAM in this computer.
