God SAVE ME! My computer is currently going crazy and I would be so grateful if anyone can give me an idea of what is going on and how I can resolve it!

Every few minutes~hours my hard drive freezes and immediately after my Hard drive makes a very noticeable "tick-tick-tick-tick" noise in a clear sequence and only stops if I manually pull the power plug. It is definitely the HD as I have taken the case off and found it is very clear as I can feel it ticking at a steady pace of approx. 2 ticks per second.

I get the 'blue screen of death' everytime and this is what the last error stated:

Is this a new problem? No it happens intermittently and then disappears for a while before returning again
Does it happen all the time? Currently everytime I boot up usually within an hour.
Are you doing anything specific when it happens? Playing games? etc. Usually Just surfing internet with Firefox or typing in Microsoft Word

Is this a new computer? 2 years old
Any new hardware and or software? not that Im aware

Who is the manufacturer of the hard drive?

They will have a diagnostic you can run.

Also if you have any critical data please back it up ASAP.

Your dump is showing disk error as well as memory corruption as well as some driver fault. It is all over the place for a single dump.

You can also try in the interim to run check disk: Go to start Run... cmd

Here type chkdsk /f

You will be told the volume is in use do you want to run at next boot? Choose Y and reboot.
