I am having a problem with sound. When I play music (not from a CD) the sound is screwed up. It sounds like a record that is on the wrong speed. Korn now sounds like the Chipmunks! What is the cause of this?

are you using WMP?

go to Play >> on the menu should be speed check it set to normal

Actually the problem happens when I listen to music on MYSPACE

A friend of mine had this happen to him and it turned out that the persons page he was viewing (which had the screwy music) had been hijacked and they had messed it up with some code. He ended up deleting the page and starting over and it worked fine. Might not be the same as your situation since this would only happen on one page and I'm assuming that the music doesn't work on any pages, although you didn't say in your post.
