Hi,

I'm new to this board, a buddy recommended it. Anyway, the problem I'm having is this: When I go to add/remove programs a flashlight pops up and starts moving left to right like its searching, then an Intel (R) Proset box appears that says Resources not available. I close this box out and then add/remove programs comes up but it says "Please wait while we populate the programs" and no programs ever appear.

Do not know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot to mention, my computer is 2 years old and it is a Dell, running Windows XP. After this problem started I downloaded Superantispyware and already had AVG and after the scans the problem still exists.
