I should have 1229 Watts

What do you have 4 PCIe 512Mb graphics cards and quad processors, 6 drives, 6 fans, and 8 sticks of RAM and water cooling?

I have 2x 768MB 8800GTX SLi on an SLi mobo with 4GB SLi RAM.

3x 500GB SATA drives + 2 DVD/CD etc.

Intel Core 2 Extreme Quad Kentsfield.

2x water coolers (1 for CPU & 1 for dual GPU's) 2 Pumps with quad turbine fans.

I really think you need to ship that here for some independent unbiased and extended benchmarking.

LoL its cool jephree, comical reliefs are always welcomed. So im assuming the PSU is the issue here and not the Video card correct ?

a quick check that system needs at least 230watts and your power supply is about 200 at i'ts best I'd go for a new power supply
