power supply query re: Hyundai i Tower A2000
number on Mother board MS 6524 VER 1
can anyone help with the power supply model number for this computer ? It is a P4.
I have no power supply and am trying to source one suitable for this machine.
Are there any that are compatible, or do we need to get one model specific ?
Thanks in advance for your help.

just a normal atx powersupply will work. best bet is 400w plus if you are going to add demanding hardware etc etc. i picked up a 450w atx power supply from a local tech shop for £20.
good luck
good site all compatible with P4 motherboards

I am not in favor of getting just a normal supply. There are often big differences between a 400 watt supply from a no-name, off-brand, generic supply, and a 400 watt supply from a major maker, such as Antec, Thermaltake, PC Power & Cooling and others. Would you pour cheap generic gas in the tank of your car? Maybe, but would you then expect it run at its peak? If the engine misses a beat, it will keep running. Not so with digital electronics.
I recommend you look over this list of good and bad supplies and choose appropriately.
I do agree with Sniper that you need to look for an ATX supply (99% of them are). ATX is the Form Factor standard that dictates physical and electrical characteristics of PSUs, motherboards, cases, and other peripherals that install inside ATX cases. (Do note that some µATX cases will not support full size PSUs. Since you motherboard is ATX, I don't think that is an issue here.)
With that in mind, you can save money in the long run if you buy a PSU now for the future. If you will be building/upgrading the computer in the next couple years, buying a suitable supply now will allow you to carry that supply to the new PC. Something to think about.
