    open Control panel
    System
    Devise manager

Your graphics card will be listed under display adapters.

Okay i found it thanks so much! It is an Intel Graphics Controller PCI. Can you help me with something else? Is it possible for me to upgrade to any Video Card I see at the store for my computer? Thanks.

    I take it it's a Desktop computer.

The present graphics card may be integrated in motherboard.

What model is your pc?, and its age may help.

easiest way would be to open the casing up, and look if there's a PCI-E or AGP slot. lol.

There is no possible upgrade on that model of Dell. Dimension 2350.

There is no PCI_E nor AGP. Only PCI. And only 200 Watts of power.

You need to be looking for a new PC.
