Is this a new problem?

Did these games ever work on this computer?

Do you turn everything else off when you game?

The games I'm talking about are the new games coming out, like Command and Conquer 3, Silverfall, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Oblivion. Counter-strike is running fine for me, and I have this problem since I bought new stuff for my computer, new motherboard, new videocard > GF 7600 GT etc. I am not running any other programs when I'm playing and it's not overheating either, the games just freeze sometimes after 5 minutes, sometimes after 10 minutes, also, they freeze in the start-menu when I leave my pc for couple of minutes and when I come back I have to reboot again.

The same happens to me. I first thought it was a PSU problem, but i've bought a new one and it still happens. I have an XFX 7600 GT M and my computer freezes in every game I play, sometimes after 10 seconds, sometimes after one hour. I've re-installed XP, updated drivers, BIOS,...but nothing. HELP, please.
