Is this a new problem? Any new hardware?

Does your card reader work OK?

The error indicates a resource conflict on the motherboard as in two devices sharing the same resource. You can try resetting the BIOS Setup to all Defaults.

Also you can try uninstalling the Card Reader/s from the Device Manager and reboot. This should reload the drivers and hopefully in a non-conflicting pattern.

If this is a single card reader with multi-functions the BIOS could be calling that as the conflict. If everything works OK this might be a benign error.
