i have a problom with a laptop Toshiba Satellite P20

He won't to post

Wen i push the power-on button the cd-rom turn some time
the lcd screen still off , and some led are on.

i try these following step.

• i have removed the ram no change and no beep.
  i have removed the hard disk no change and no beep.

Please help me

Remove the battery and try to boot off the AC adapter.

i have tested the laptop whit the ac adapter only but it is the same result
please help me
i think it is a deffective mainboard

With the battery removed and the AC adapter in hold down the F10 key then power on.
