can somebody please help..

ive recently bought a laptop and after a few months my dvds have started to play in slow motion.

my downloaded video and music play fine in window media player 11 but disks such as games, hardware disks and dvds seem to not work properly.

ive tryed a disk tray cleaner but nothing happens
