Put it back (RAM) and try again. If there are multiple sticks try one at a time and perhaps in different slots until you have tried all possible combinations.

Can you hook a remote monitor to it?

Not at the moment. I doubt it will change anything since there is only about 5 seconds between each restart. i turn it on, 3 clicks in CD-Rom, one beep, restart. And that repeats exactly the same everytime until i shut it down

Try booting a CD (assuming you have a bootable CD).
