    Cmos battery problems

    Hello,

I have just replaced my motherboard battery but forgot to disconnect everything as the user guide suggests.

Now what happends is that I can power up once and switch off once, after that I am not able to start up again and have to remove the battery and put it back again to start up.

    Have I damaged something!!
