pc turns on but cant see anything on monitor no loading sounds or beeps???help me please...and 7 of my transistors-resistors not sure what they are called are bulging...any ideas???

is there a way to check if the motherboard is toast or not???? led light on mother board doesnt light up any more!!! any ideas??? please help

Could be the PSU (Power Supply Unit). This is easier (and cheaper) to test first. You can get a PSU tester at almost any electronics store for about $10 USD.

Capacitors are what you are most likely seeing. If there is such visual damage then I would say yes your mobo is toast.
