    Help! Printer Problems

I am at work and have loads of stuff I NEED to get through today. This morning I tried to print of a personal letter, but the cleaners had turned the printer off, I turned it on again and the document was waiting to go through. I didn't go through to the printer so after 1/2 hour of waiting I cancelled the document. Only it won't cancel it just says Deleting - Printing, and it won't budge and I can't print anything else off til it goes and I must do these things today! Is there anyway I can get rid of it, it's been like this for 3 hours now!
I have tried turning everything off and on again, uninstalling and reinstalling, there is no error message I just can't budge this document from the print queue!

    Help!

    Nicola,

I'm sorry to note that you didn't get any response. I would assume that you've got this problem sorted by now. If not, you need to contact your IT department (or whoever manages the server that runs the printer). They need to remove the document from the print queue on the server or restart the Print Spooler service on the server. That will definitely clear it.
