Recently my family bought a Sandisk usb flash drive for 128 mb. In the beginning when we plugged into the Windows xp it worked but now the hardrive doesn't even detect it. Is the flash drive broken or is the computer? We tried it on three computers, (two xp) to see and it still won't work. The computers just won't detect it but the flash drive still lights up. Please help, completely computer illiterate here.

Have you tried a New Hardware scan while it's plugged in and lit?
