Follow the link in my sig and download the latest version of CPU-Z from it. Run that and it'll tell you all.
-
ok but if I cant get my computer to come on how can I tell.....could I take it to like BestBuy and let them look or someone who work on computers and pay for it....or it their a way I can do it myself?
-
any idea what's your computer's brand? is it a clone pc or a branded one?
you can bring it to a shop but there's no guarantee they can always find out for you. you can also try reading aboutcomputer parts online and stuff so that you can recognise the parts inside, but that takes a little practice.

I dont know the brand I had A guy make it for me...maybe thats what wrong

You need to know the motherboard for basically everything in connection with hardware and system setup. If you can't get it on, there's only one way. Open up the case (not risky) , don't handle anything but read what the motherboard Make/Version is which will be written in bold font bigger than the rest of the printed writing.
Look for famous brands which you can google and see like here: http://hardwarehell.com/mobo.htm
Get all characters written together withe the make, even if they make no sense.
Wait... you have the manual? What dies it read then at the startup pages in bold as a head title?

well i looked for the manual but cant find it buy i do have it....DAM
