[every time i try to use my epsomcx6600 a message appears saying symantec virtual device installer appears and stops me printing,about 5 minutes after i have ignored this message it starts printing but then slows my computer to a snails pace,i have tried to find remnants of old symantec products but cant find any,i have down loaded new drivers from epsom and down loaded norton removal tool but neither have helped desperate for some help. mikeyh

what Norton product did you have on the machine?

high brain-damage.
i was given a token for for norton product and stupidly use it even after norton messed up my computer a few years ago.
it was norton internet security 2006.i have used norton download tool to remove but still that symantec message appears.hope you can help mikeyh
