Yes I have tried all of the options available. Under properties it states, "Multimedia Audio Controllers

I have done that and also enabled the device.

I have done that and also enabled the device.

After doing that, do you still have the yellow exclamation mark next to it?

Yes I do.

When you downloaded the latest drivers from the HP web site, did you download and install both of the available updates from the list?

Yes I did.
