hey guys!

i decided to get one of those usb plug in soundcard jobbys to cure the sound, and a fresh install of xp has brought my pcmcia slots back to life so i can finally connect usb through this thing! (the usb port on back gave up a while ago :O()

my question to you today is this:

i have just purchased a 250gig smartdisk standalone hard drive and was told i should probably partition it ... but how?

any help appreciated on this, thanks for your time

just got a 250gig smartdisk and hooked it up through usb to my laptop, everything fine there, except for some reason it wont turn off sometimes

but anyways, how do i split this thing into 2 drives or more?

whats the best thing to do here .. and how would i do it?
