Hello all, just a quick question concerning my video card. I have a SiS 651c video card version 6.14.10.3590. I recently done an online scan and it said i needed to update it, ive tried looking for updates, with my limited knowledge anyway and cant find any, are there any or do i need to upgrade?

That SiS is most likely an integrated chip which you could not upgrade in itself but you should be able to add an AGP card.

You do have an AGP slot that you can upgrade to.

However the motherboard is not showing. Is this a manufactured computer? e.g. Dell Dimension 2400; HP Pavilion 1234 etc.

Manufactured as bought all put together and ready to go? If so then yes, AOpen, paperwork has s651m on it, I apologise for my lack of knowledge but hope this sort of helps

4X AGP slot

So you can upgrade to a 4X AGP Graphics card. As the current AGP standard is 8X you will see that cards are listed as 8X/4X.
