i was using my laptop (advent 7060) and all of a sudden the whole thing shut down. I unplugged and then plugged back in still didnt work i changed the power pack still nothing.

When you try to turn it on nothing happens no lights turn on no sound no power at all.
now i think it maybe something to do with battery but i am not sure.

Have you tried the AC adapter with the battery removed?

have tried different adaptas but not with the battery out yet

have tried it without the battery in and nothing one thing that i didnt notice when it worked is that the power pack makes a horrable clicking sound when you plug it into the llaptop (if you plug it into plug socket no clicking when you plug into laptop clicking starts) (i have 2 power packs they both do this not sure if they are ment to)
